It's public knowledge. My staff knows. It's hard not to feel like its my fault and I could have done something to stop this....but I am going to be doing some exciting things (I think) with my time....so I'll start looking forward to that. And posting about it.

According to the article, they are NOT closing any Old Navy stores. Ridiculous. The stuff at Old Navy doesn't even compare to Gap. I'm tempted to bash on Gap but I know your loyalty to them, and I know their decision is driven by the almighty dollar. That's business. It's just too bad that big business tends to forget that real people end up getting run over in messes like these.
Terri-I barely can process it....honestly, it was surprise. I thought they'd go after way smaller stores in more remote areas....its so hard to process. I think what hurts the most when I read that article is that they are EXPANDING in China and South America instead of protecting their American business.
I'll be ok. Ken and I are fine and I may use this opportunity to go back to school.
